Job Title: Graduate Engineer

Reporting To: Project Engineer

Work Schedule: Onsite – Tewkesbury, GBR Our team in Commercial Aircraft Group is looking for a Graduate Engineer to join them. You will report to the Development Engineering Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Tewkesbury, UK.

To be considered for Graduate Engineer, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: Degree in Engineering in a relevant engineering discipline

Recent graduate or graduating in 2027

Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic engineering principles

Ability to use CAD/CAE software for design and analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

As a Graduate Engineer, you will: Support ongoing engineering programs through design, analysis, testing, and development activities.

Develop engineering drawings, schematic layouts, specifications, and technical documentation from preliminary requirements.

Use CAD/CAE tools to perform detailed design work, generate parts lists, and translate research concepts into technical plans.

Assist with diagnosing system, equipment, and material failures using advanced testing methods and equipment.

Develop and execute test procedures, standards, and specifications under the guidance of senior engineers.

Analyze engineering data, recommend product or process improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives, including DAMIC projects.

Calculate and define key features to meet required functional specifications.

Assist with supplier and material evaluations to ensure quality, safety, and engineering requirements are met.

Participate in corrective action activities, production permits, and non-conformance investigations.

Communicate with customers on technical matters and support product development projects throughout the lifecycle.
