Labor and Delivery RN Internship is a full-time, competency-based program at St. Luke’s University Health Network designed to bridge the preparation-to-practice gap for nurses transitioning to Labor & Delivery. The internship offers a dedicated Education Team, clinical preceptorship, seminars, supervised hands-on trainings, simulation, and clinical observations. It is oriented to Couplet Care, Labor, Operating Room and Infant Resuscitation, with a summer 2026 cohort and sites across the network (e.g., Allentown Campus). Ideal candidates include experienced RNs not previously in L&D or nursing students eligible to sit for NCLEX, and requires a Registered Nurse license with current PA licensure and ongoing BLS certification.
