Graduate Nurse and Registered Nurse NICU Internship- Full Time Nights- Winter 2027 Cohort

St. Luke’s NICU RN Internship Program—full-time, night shifts, Fall 2026 cohort. On-site at multiple PA campuses (Allentown, Anderson/Easton, Grand View/Sellersville, Quakertown). Features dedicated education team, bridging the preparation-to-practice gap, clinical preceptorship, seminars/workshops, supervised hands-on training, and a pathway from novice to advanced beginner. Eligible candidates include experienced RNs not previously in NICU, or nursing students with prospective Spring/Summer/Winter graduation who will be eligible to sit for NCLEX and obtain licensure before internship start; nursing students must have NICU experience or a scheduled Senior Practicum in NICU. Requires current PA RN license and ongoing training like BLS (current) and completion of Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 1 year. The internship is conducted at various sites within St. Luke’s University Health Network, with successful interns continuing in a St. Luke’s NICU unit.
