Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Service Business in Jüri.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Leads HSE risk assessments and ensures effective implementation of HSE processes
Monitors and reports HSE performance, incidents and sustainability KPIs
Ensures compliance with ABB standards and local HSE regulations
Drives continuous improvement and a strong health, safety and environmental culture
Ensures HSE training, equipment and management system requirements are met
Plans and executes HSE projects, managing objectives, resources and reporting
Qualifications for the role
You are currently studying Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) or similar
You demonstrate a strong motivation to make a positive impact on workplace health, safety, and environmental performance, with personal learning goals aligned to continuous HSE improvement
You have an interest in or initial exposure to environmental sustainability initiatives and are eager to contribute to practical improvement actions
You have a keen eye for detail and a structured, systematic approach to tasks and problem-solving
You are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You are able to communicate effectively in Estonian and English, Russian is beneficial
