Banner Health Internship Program provides valuable insight and professional level work experience in the healthcare industry. These positions are paid, non-benefitted and temporary, 20 hours/week for 10 weeks, with shifts varying by department. Compensation is a flat, non-negotiable rate of $17.00/hour. New Employee Orientation will take place on August 3rd, 2026. Opportunities may include: Outpatient Rehab - M-F between 8am-4pm; Supply Chain - M-F between 8am-4pm; Culinary - M-F between 4pm-8pm with option to work weekends; IT (Remote) - flexible hours but must stick to a schedule. All shifts must be a minimum of 3-4 hours per shift.
