Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) role at Freeman Community Primary School, Stowupland, Suffolk. The post combines HLTA (16.25 hours) and TA (8.75 hours) duties, totaling 25 hours per week over 39 weeks per year. Fixed term until August 2027. Salary: HLTA £29,070-£34,811 per annum pro rata (£10,932-£13,091 pa actual); TA £25,614-£26,016 pro rata (£5,187-£5,268 pa actual). Responsibilities include teaching whole classes, planning, preparing, delivering and marking learning activities. HLTA cover may be required on a day-to-day basis at the higher rate.
