Hmong Inclusion Intern position supporting HR by providing translation and interpretation services for Hmong-speaking coworkers and supporting inclusion initiatives. Responsibilities include translating written and verbal communications, assisting with language support cases, maintaining translated materials, partnering with leaders to advance language access, and supporting inclusion and engagement programs. Part-time internship with flexible hours; preference for 2nd shift; requires minimum 20 hours/week during the school year; located with Kwik Trip operations in select US regions; pay range $15.20-$20.56 per hour; benefits available.
