HR Intern contract position at Bosch Service Solutions Inc. in Taguig, Philippines. Responsibilities include assisting recruitment (resume screening, reference checks, scheduling, initial interviews), onboarding and updating records (201 files), managing employee databases and preparing reports, processing employee requests and providing employee relations, and payroll/benefit tasks, as well as keeping up-to-date with HR trends. Requires currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Development Management, Psychology or related fields, and a commitment of at least 500 hours (full-time internship, Monday to Friday). Onsite work only.
