Polaris HR Internship (HRIP) is a 12-week paid summer program with placements on HRBP, HRG, or CoE teams across multiple MN locations (Medina, Plymouth, Wyoming MN; Roseau MN; Huntsville AL; Rigby ID). Features mentorship, programming hours, networking, an intern innovation challenge, and potential future opportunities (return internship or rotational leadership development program). Starting Minnesota pay is $21.50-$31.50 per hour with potential overtime; relocation assistance available for eligible interns.
