HR Trainee

HR Trainee internship in Singapore with Grifols. Responsibilities include assisting the HR Manager APAC in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration; aiding in the implementation of HR policies across the APAC region; collaborating with HR teams to resolve employee queries; engaging with the HR headquarters on regional projects; coordinating with regional HR colleagues to share best practices; assisting in preparing and maintaining employee documentation (schedule requests, location requests, contract types, Individual Training Permits); supporting training communications and ensuring bonuses processing; participating in meetings and documenting key discussions; conducting research and data analysis to improve HR processes and practices. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree related to HR, Psychology, Labour Relations or similar; available for a 6-month internship; fluent English; initiative-driven, dynamic and eager to learn.
