Indirect Sales Support Intern based in Milan, supporting internal and external sales networks within the Partnership area (Captive/Dealer/Partnership non-OEM and Digital) to ensure the correct handling of leasing cases for new orders, modifications, extensions, and renewals. Key activities include using the CRM for managing operational cases, supporting the flow from client data collection to order definition, providing status updates to Sales and Partners, assisting with cancellation/replacement activities, gaining deep knowledge of procedures and tools, delivering training on products, services and pricing to the partner network, and proactively flagging risks in line with Ayvens policies.
