Two-year trainee program in Vietnam designed to fast-track high-potential individuals into operational positions within Louis Dreyfus Company Vietnam. The training focuses on production operations including processing/production, warehousing, and quality control, with on-the-job rotations. After completing the program, the candidate will assume an operational role in the Green Coffee platform in Vietnam. Work location is Bình Dương, Vietnam, with a Monday–Saturday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
