The Grainger Inside Sales Internship Program is a 10-week hybrid internship based in Tempe, AZ. The program includes a comprehensive 4-week sales training, followed by up to 40 hours per week in a team-based sales center environment, engaging with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions. Interns receive mentorship and ongoing feedback, with a final presentation to leadership. Housing support may be available for interns living outside a 30-mile radius from Tempe.
