What You'll Do:
Research underwriting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyze operational outputs and business data.
Enter and maintain underwriting system information.

Support research projects involving sales partner performance, claims drivers, and risk mitigation.

What You’ll Bring:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Insurance, Integrated Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Rising Junior or Senior at the time of the internship.
Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for the duration of the summer internship program.
Able to work in a hybrid environment, including approximately 40 to 50% of the time in our Amelia, Ohio office.
Reliable transportation to commute to the office as required.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
An eagerness to learn, take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute to meaningful projects.
