Interior Design Intern to support a retail mall renovation project in Mainland China, with an interest in material specification, material reuse, circular design and embodied carbon. Work with the sustainability architect and design team to explore opportunities to reuse existing materials and introduce sustainable material solutions during basement renovation. Responsibilities include material reuse analysis, developing material reuse strategies, researching ideas for circular design and sustainable materials, preparing reports and drawings, coordinating with consultants and suppliers, and translating project information between English and Mandarin Chinese.
