Internship at Morgan Stanley in Pasadena, CA. Responsibilities include gaining industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, developing business, financial and analytical skills needed for a career in global wealth management and financial services, providing marketing and sales support to branches, performing market research, and gaining exposure to wealth management products, services and clients’ financial needs. Requirements include a high school diploma (in pursuit of college degree preferable), at least 18 years of age, internships intended for limited duration with a maximum duration of ten months, strong desire to understand the wealth management business, effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work on a team, and strong analytical skills. Base pay rates are $18-$25 per hour at commencement; total compensation may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long‑term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
