Intern role providing administrative and technical support. Responsibilities include reconciling SAP Grant Payment Report to Excel Grant Payment Report for assigned Sponsors’ studies, completing journal entries, quality reviewing CTA and Payment Intake form setups to determine SAP vendor and payment method, bank entry validation for Accounting, SharePoint tracker completion, annual 1099 and country tax reporting, vendor database maintenance in SAP, and SOP maintenance, among other duties.
