Six-month full-time internship in Acquisition Finance (Leveraged Finance) based in Singapore. You will work on credit approvals (financial modelling including advanced LBO modelling, valuation, due diligence, drafting credit applications) and support deal origination with pitch books; requires interest in investment banking/leveraged finance, strong financial modelling, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word, basic proficiency in financial databases (Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Thomson), ability to multitask, and legal work rights in Singapore. Starts January 2026.
