PwC Malaysia’s Deals practice is looking for a driven and analytical Deals Valuations Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to valuation and transaction-related assignments, providing interns with a strong foundation in corporate finance and valuation methodologies. Responsibilities include assisting in business and asset valuations, supporting financial analysis and valuation modelling (including Discounted Cash Flow), conducting market research, and contributing to reports and client presentations across various industries. Minimum internship commitment is 10 to 12 weeks, with onboarding in mid-June or early July.
