Intern - Design (Architecture/Interior Design Majors)

This position allows entry level architects the opportunity to utilize their design and rendering skills in a corporate environment while also learning about the retail industry and mixed-use development business. Responsibilities include creating or modifying schematic site plans and schematic building plans, preparing 2D and 3D presentation drawings, creating 3D models in Rhino and/or SketchUp, and rendering 2D and 3D models with Enscape and/or Photoshop. Qualifications include a working ability in Rhino and/or SketchUp and Adobe Suite, knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max a plus, and working toward a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or Interior Design, from an accredited University.
