Intern - Finance (Business Finance)

Key Responsibilities

Support the team in analyzing financial and operational performance across different business units/divisions.

Assist with the annual budgeting process, monthly rolling forecasts, and variance analysis (comparing actual spend against budget).

Help prepare monthly business review presentations, dashboards, and financial reports for management decision-making.

Assist with financial analysis of the Bank's performance and profitability metrics against market peers.

Work with large datasets to extract insights, identify cost-saving opportunities, or highlight revenue drivers.

Requirements

Finance, Accounting or Business major

Strong analytical and Excel skills

Good communication abilities

Attention to detail

Interest in banking, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or commercial business finance.
