Job Description Summary:

The FP&A Intern will support the team in financial planning, reporting, and business performance processes across franchises and operating units. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to ongoing business projects and developing new skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the FP&A team in daily financial planning and reporting activities, including monthly reporting, forecasting, rolling estimate, and budgeting processes

Help track business and financial performance through basic variance analysis and data validation

Support consolidation of financial and operational data from cross-functional teams

Contribute to the team’s simplification and digitalization agenda

Support maintenance and improvement of planning and reporting tools/files to increase efficiency and accuracy

Provide ad-hoc analytical and operational support to finance and cross-functional teams when needed

Take an active role in team projects and ongoing finance initiatives while gaining hands-on experience and developing new skills

Qualifications:

3rd year undergraduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Strong interest in finance, and business performance management

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Proficient in written and spoken English

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
