About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated intern to join our Global Performance & Reward Team in the People Function. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of performance management, compensation planning, and employee rewards within a global organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while working closely with professionals in the field.

What you do

Create communication material and update our intranet site around total rewards, global mobility and performance management processes.

Support the development and maintenance of compensation structures.

Conduct market research and analyze salary benchmarking data.

Help to harmonize compensation and performance management processes across all our locations.

You will collaborate with the global team to evaluate and improve existing reward programs, such as employee recognition initiatives, benefits packages, and incentive schemes

What you bring

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.

Excellent attention to details, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.

Proactive attitude and self-motivation with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.

Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus.

Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
