Intern in Health Safety and Environment (HSE) supporting development and implementation of programs aimed at improving environmental efficiency, employee safety, and equipment ergonomics; monitor operational safety, environmental and sustainability metrics; participate on equipment launch teams to meet HSE requirements; investigate and contribute to resolution of worker injuries and environmental incidents; assist with process safety improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean; contribute to implementation and auditing to meet OSHA, EPA, and ISO14001/OHSAS18001 requirements; develop safety and environmental awareness training and materials; liaison with HSE, Facilities, and Engineering.
