Job Summary Intern, Internal Controls: June- August (Hybrid)
Position Overview:
Position Dates: June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027
Insulet Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Controls intern to join our Internal Controls Department. This intern will assist in ensuring that Insulet adheres to SOX requirements and maintains robust internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, relevant internship or co-op experience, and an interest in accounting, internal controls and risk management.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the documentation and testing of internal controls over financial reporting
Support the preparation and review of SOX compliance documentation
Participate in the evaluation of control deficiencies and the development of remediation plans
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with SOX requirements
Assist in the preparation of reports for management and external auditors.
Conduct research on SOX-related topics
Perform other duties as required
Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting / Finance or Systems/Technology.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits:
For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $25.00 - $34.00
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
