Intern - Kite Development - Clinical Development (Data Management)

Internship at Gilead/Kite in El Segundo, CA focusing on Clinical Data Management Metrics Assessment. You will inventory CDM metrics, dashboards, and reports; interview stakeholders to determine information needs; evaluate metrics for Actionable, Relevant, Predictive, and Easy to understand; identify gaps, and develop recommendations for new or revised metrics. If time permits, develop a Metrics Dashboard and assist with CDM SharePoint updates. The program runs for 10–12 consecutive weeks between May and August, and requires full-time enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate program with work authorization in the United States. All internships are hybrid; fully remote roles are not offered. The expected hourly range is $19.00–$55.00, with compensation varying by education level and location.
