Intern - Legal & Compliance - Corporate Legal. Hybrid internship in Foster City, CA. Support the Corporate Legal group, conduct legal research and analysis, draft memoranda, draft and review contracts, and assist with due diligence. 10–12 consecutive weeks between May and August. Must be enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD or PhD program in the US with eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship. Housing stipends available for eligible employees.
