YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Growth trainee, to have a key role in the Spain Growth team. Are you looking for a challenging experience in one of the fastest growing Startups in Europe? Do you want to contribute building a product that will disrupt the On demand market?

THE JOURNEY

Support the implementation of local Marketing activations, collaborating with cross-functional teams (CRM, Design, Digital, Accounts) on activities such as promotional campaigns (promo creation / auditing, creative asset requests, partners selection) and performance marketing.

Keep updated the activity grid with info regarding planned activations, new city launches, partner ranking.

Monitor competitive landscape and collect relevant insights to help the Growth & Marketing Team to craft the country marketing strategy.

Support on ad-hoc analyses and projects based on business needs as identified by local and global Marketing Team.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or any related field

Proficiency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (nice to have)

Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management

Critical reasoning

Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact

Comfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIs

Consumer understanding skills

Expertise with Office - Google docs/sheets/slides

Expertise in SQL (nice to have)

Hands-on attitude. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!
