Intern – Plant Dynamic Simulation Engineer in Florence, Italy. The intern will define plant process dynamic simulation models (LNG, geothermal, heat pumps) and accelerate simulation times using reduced models and ML/AI, support Digital Twins for industrial plants. Responsibilities include exploring and testing commercial simulation software (Aspen Hysys, Unisim), collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing data analysis and technical support, creating drawings or prototypes, and ensuring HS&E compliance. Requirements include enrolled/recent graduate in Engineering/Technology, GPA >= 3.0, knowledge of Matlab/Simulink, Aspen Hysys/Unisim or similar, Python, Excel/PowerPoint; ability to work legally in the country; English fluency.
