Intern, Private Equity

Location: Tokyo

Summary:

Japan Private Equity team has 3 people (part of the broader Asia Private Equity team of 8 full time professionals + 3 university interns based in Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai) and covers primary fund investment, co-investment and secondary investment opportunities primarily in Japan and Korea.

Responsibilities:

Work on primary fund investment / co-investment projects Evaluating investment opportunities and drafting investment memorandum

Creating NB model

Attending meetings and creating meeting minutes

Assist the team on daily workflows Maintenance of quarterly performance information

Drafting portfolio monitoring commentary

Inputting data into internal database

Qualifications:

Following Points are required for this position

Compliance of ethical and professional standards (e.g. compliance of confidentiality obligation)

Excellent communication skills and a team player

High level of English and Japanese skills

Basic understanding of corporate finance and accounting

Ability to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Prior experience in financial industry as an intern is preferred

Others: 雇用期間： 状況によって開始日が異なります。ご相談ください。長期希望（６か月以上）

時間給：1,300円／時　+　交通費（一番経済的なルートを申請。月に上限50,000円まで）

働き方：定時　平日8：40～17：10、残業平均0～20時間／月

フルタイムで週５日など働き方になりますと社会保険や雇用保険加入の対象となりますので、働き方については事前に相談ください。

在宅勤務可能なPC等の用意があれば状況に応じて自宅からの勤務も可能。ただし業務の必要に応じて出勤できる状態であることをお願いします。

当該ポジションについてVISAや住居のサポートは一切ありません。

英語・日本語レベル：

英語・日本語ともビジネスレベル必要（Emailの読み書き、会議での議事録作成ができるレベル）　レベルが高い候補者を優先します。

日本語はネイティブでなくとも可

その他：年齢・性別・国籍不問ですが、大学生または大学院生が対象です。
