Where You’ll Make a Difference

Support process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and productivity

Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing manufacturing and operational data

Support the creation and updating of reports, presentations, and process documentation

Participate in process mapping and workflow analysis activities

Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams on assigned projects

Assist in monitoring operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identifying improvement opportunities

Support the standardization and documentation of manufacturing processes

Participate in plant observations and improvement activities to enhance operational performance

Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing environment

What Makes You the Right Fit

Active student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field

Availability to work part-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Interest in manufacturing operations, process engineering, and continuous improvement

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Basic to intermediate English proficiency is a plus
