Internships within Lifecycle Services (LCS) provide opportunities to develop engineering, analytical, and customer-centric skills. As a Remote Support Intern you will shadow Rockwell Automation engineers as they assist customers with troubleshooting issues, learn Rockwell Automation technology concepts to help engineers duplicate customer issues, respond to escalations arising from calls and emails, program automation devices to simulate real-life work applications to enhance learning, and wire electrical devices while learning electrical engineering concepts.
