Job Responsibilities

Support Accounts Receivable functions and follow up on outstanding tenant accounts.

Review and reconcile tenants’ audited sales statements and supporting documents.

Maintain accurate tenant sales data in the accounting system.

Perform periodic audits of sales records, vouchers, and supporting schedules.

Liaise with internal/external teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.

Support lease accounting processes, including lease data maintenance and periodic reconciliations

Maintain well-organized records to support audit and compliance requirements.

Participate in finance projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.

Provide day-to-day business support and assist with assigned finance tasks.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines

Experience

Prior accounting or finance-related experience will be an advantage

Other Prerequisites

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Programmes

Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organizational skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Team player with a high level of integrity, responsibility with the ability to multi-task
