Intern - Risk, Total Fund Risk (May 2027- 12 months)

Internship in Total Fund Risk at Ontario Teachers' in Toronto, Canada. Term: May 2027 – April 2028 (12 months). Responsibilities include assisting in reports and presentations to senior leaders and the Board on risk modeling, budgeting and monitoring; implementing on-demand requests from Risk and various investment departments across the Fund; research and analyses supporting risk modeling and monitoring processes for the enterprise risk system; researching and providing risk insights in the context of an evolving macro environment; collaborating with other team members to design/enhance analytics tools for investment decision-making. Requirements include pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Finance, or Mathematics (3rd year or higher); proficiency in Python and Excel; knowledge of PL/SQL and Power BI; VBA is an asset; strong attention to detail; interest in financial markets; returning to studies after the term.
