As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

Supporting sales and operations planning for materials and business segments.

Contributing to develop forecasting model for Centrifugal Compressor and Steam Turbine products.

Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.

Monitoring inventory, reduce risk, and improve convertibility targets.

Automating and simplifying processes using Data Science and Digital tools.

Collaborating with a dynamic, talented team across functions.

Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained

Candidate Attributes:

Knowledge/Experience of sales and operations planning, particularly in materials and business segments connected to parts

Ability to drive quarterly cycles in collaboration with sales force and commercial teams

Knowledge/Experience of inventory management, including risk reduction and improving convertibility targets

Skills in process automation and simplification, leveraging Data Science and Digital tools

Capacity to contribute across tasks and support cross-functional initiatives

Collaborative mindset, thriving in a dynamic and talented team environment

English is mandatory

To be successful in this role you will:

Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related, Economics, Finance or business-related program.

Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country

Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills

Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.

The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
