You’ll contribute to the development and delivery of communication solutions that support critical customer and mission needs.

You do not have to have previous experience; we will provide the training and tools to help develop the skills you will need. You will learn from the best and brightest in the communications and nuclear deterrence domain.

What You Will Do

Perform in a cross-functional agile team

Work in close coordination with a mentor using Collins Aerospace engineering processes

Creation, decomposition, and tracing requirements for communications systems on military platforms, both air and ground applications.

Work with a model-based systems engineering application to create logical and physical design diagrams.

Perform integration and testing for these communications solutions.

Qualifications You Must Have

Requires active pursuit of a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).

Qualifications We Prefer

Familiarity with RTX systems, processes, and tools.

Experience in systems engineering to include capturing customer requirements, operations concept development, or deriving and tracing system and sub-system requirements.

Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering concepts and tools such as Magic Draw Cameo, Enterprise Architect, or similar resources using SysML.

Experience working in an Agile environment and being part of highly integrated Agile teams working closely with multiple engineering development teams (SW, HW, Cyber, or Sys).

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
