Internship – Capital Markets Compliance Data & Analytics (Year-Round)

Hybrid internship in Capital Markets Compliance Data & Analytics at Baird in Milwaukee, WI. The intern will design, develop and test RegTech data solutions for the Compliance team. This internship is 3 days in-office in downtown Milwaukee and 2 days remote. Hours: 37.5-40 per week during the summer (full-time) and 15-20 per week during school terms (part-time). Start date January 2027 or earlier if available. Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology management, business analytics or related fields with anticipated graduation May 2028 or later. Experience with Python, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint and Word; some financial market knowledge is preferred. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
