Internship on the M&A Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and ESG due diligence team in Madrid, Spain. Assist in environmental and health and safety due diligence assessments, support commercial proposals, contribute to analyses related to EU Taxonomy alignment and ESG criteria, assist with data collection and preparation of technical reports, and conduct regulatory research. Requires academic background in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering (or related fields), Health & Safety, Law; basic knowledge of environmental and/or occupational health & safety topics; interest in EHS regulations and sustainability consulting; strong analytical and organizational skills; fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
