HR Operations Intern in Luxembourg for a minimum of six months starting July 2026. Requires an internship agreement with a university. Tasks include supporting daily activities, following up on personnel movements (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, maternity/parental leave, special leave), managing absences and sick leave, keeping personnel files up to date, communications with administrative bodies, contributing to HR process improvements and HR projects, and drafting HR documents and managing various administrative tasks.
