YOUR MISSION

Unterstützung der Human Resources Retail Europe Abteilung bei administrativen Aufgaben, wie der Erstellung von Stellenausschreibungen, Zeugnissen und Arbeitsverträgen

Pflege von Personalakten inklusive Vertragsablage, Stammdatenpflege und strukturiertem Dokumentenmanagement

Organisation und Verwaltung relevanter HR‑Dokumente

Bearbeitung von HR‑Anfragen sowie Ein‑, und Austritten der Mitarbeitenden in den Stores in Deutschland und der Schweiz

Abwicklung verschiedener HR‑Prozesse im System Workday, inklusive Pflege und Aktualisierung von Mitarbeiterdaten

Unterstützung im Bewerbungsmanagement, inklusive Kommunikation und Systempflege.

YOUR TALENT

Immatrikuliert im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, Personalmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang

Strukturiertes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Retail‑Umfeld

Sicherer Umgang mit vertraulichen Mitarbeiterdaten sowie Verständnis für Datenschutzanforderungen

Aufgeschlossene und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Serviceorientierung

Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office; Erfahrungen mit Workday sind von Vorteil

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Startdatum: 01.11.2026, Dauer: 6 Monate.
