Internship in Logistics coordinating the Receiving Time Window (RTW) project in Penang, Malaysia. Responsibilities include generating monthly KPI’s for Receiving and RTW, analyzing supplier adherence, liaising with suppliers for performance improvement, generating RTW utilization data and graphs, maintaining 5S in the receiving area, attending daily meetings and preparing Minutes of Meeting, conducting safety walks and updating Open Point List, updating monthly calendar on information board, contributing to RTW and overall improvement projects, and enhancing visualization in Receiving, MHE Charging, and Chemical Store. Internship duration 4-6 months.
