Join our dynamic Policy Management-Group Department, where we strive to deliver exceptional service and support to our Employee Benefits policyholders. As part of the Operations Team, you will gain invaluable experience and knowledge in the Employee Benefits sector within the insurance industry and contribute to the efficient management of policies.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Operations Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the operational aspects of Employee Benefits, including policy issuance and administration, client communication, and process optimization.

You'll be responsible for:

Assist with the administration of Employee Benefits policies, including data entry and document management.

Support the team in handling client inquiries and providing timely responses.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing service delivery.

Important to your success:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

The minimum internship duration is 3 months.

Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity.
