Internship or graduation project in Damen's Automation RD&I team focused on autonomous shipping. Work on topics such as vessel dynamics and control, sensing and sensor fusion, machine learning, collision avoidance, remote command and control, IT and telecom, simulations, and human-machine interfacing. Roles available for BSc and MSc students. An internship/graduation stipend and travel allowance will be paid for the duration of the assignment. Mentoring at academic level will be available. Housing in the Netherlands is required for international applicants.
