Internship Private Equity, Club Deal Team (f/m/x)

Location: Milano Via Turati 25-27

The intern will join the team in day-to-day activity from scouting to execution of private equity deals on a broad range of industries providing support on deal origination, valuation, market analysis, due diligence process, drafting of presentations and information memorandum, deal structuring and negotiations as well as ad-hoc reports and analysis. The team boasts a continuously high deal flow with exciting projects and enriching counterparts.

Learning Objectives

Run financial modeling (business plan, DCF, LBO).

Value data set (trading comps and transaction comps).

Learn knowledge and skills regarding the legal aspects of investment contracts and deal structuring.

Requirements

Excellent academic record with international experience, a Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration or related, near completion of a Master in Finance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Italian) and PC literate.

Highly motivated and a pro-active team worker.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.

Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills and solid finance and accounting background would complete the profile.

Start Date: 1st January 2027 - 6 months internship
