Internship Sales Coordinator - Aman Nai Lert Bangkok

The Sales Coordinator Internship is in charge of the Sales and Marketing department office organization by assisting the Sales team in all administrative matters related to the Sales & Marketing department including handling enquiries; making bookings and appointments; drafting proposals and contracts; and preparing and assisting in property visits to support the department to achieve and exceed the forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage and all other revenue departments.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services

Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems

Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups

Help manage documentation such as contracts, quotations, and invoices

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes

Provide general administrative support to the sales team

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
