Job Description

Coordinate internal meetings, timelines, and cross-functional alignment for business acquisition activities

Prepare documents for internal approvals and business case simulations

Coordinate change requests, quotations, and contract-related documentation

Assist in project lifecycle management (PLCM, EOS, ZVA, etc.)

Support business continuity and customer project transitions

Coordinate planning cycles (forecast, BBMSP) and ensure data accuracy

Conduct reporting, KPI tracking, and volume verification

Support customer claims and logistics coordination

Manage digital platform activities

Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Qualifications

3rd-4th year student in Bachelor's degree

Prior work experience is preferred

Mandatory: English

Optional: Chinese or Japanese

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented

Collaborative team player

High mobility and energy

Action-oriented with strong ownership mentality

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Full-time availability during internship period
