Internship program: 12-24 weeks, full-time, in-person in the Belgrade office. The intern will contribute to experiments to improve search quality through retrieval and ranking models, design and implement components of the search platform and model stack, train/evaluate models (including LLMs) for retrieval, ranking, and classification tasks, and support deployment and monitoring of models in production. Collaboration with Data/AI/Infrastructure/Product teams to deliver improvements.
