IT Intern in the Technical Services group at the City of New York's FISA-OPA. Learn and assist with maintaining Windows 11, patch management (Ivanti Security Controls and SCCM/MECM), endpoint reporting, and IT troubleshooting. Tasks include data analysis with PowerShell and Excel, and assisting with system audits and workstation issue resolution. On-site at 5 Manhattan West, NYC, with part-time hours (up to 17.5 hours/week during the school year and up to 35 hours/week when not in session), including occasional after-hours to minimize user impact.
