Entry-level IT Operations Support based in Monterrey, Mexico (Santa Catarina, Nuevo León). You’ll be the first point of contact for employee IT support, triaging Level 1 issues across hardware, software, networking and access; assist with user provisioning and access management in Okta, Entra and Google Workspace; support onboarding/offboarding, SaaS integrations, on-site networking deployment, security awareness, and SOC 2 compliance maintenance; night shift required; role provides hands-on exposure to IAM, networking, SaaS management, and hardware lifecycle in a growing IT Ops team.
