In order to support the Regional IT Center Timisoara, we are looking for an IT SACM Coordinator – Internship who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks

Support Asset Management activities in or ITSM platform  (creation, modification, tracking, and lifecycle management of IT assets);

Assist with ordering and tracking IT equipment, software, and telephony hardware in SAP and procurement systems;

Support invoice verification and coordination with Purchasing, Accounting, and external vendors;

Creating and maintaining in SAP C02/ Synapsis/ ITSM Platform of new IT articles in the IT Standard catalogue (IT Lean catalogue);

Collaborate closely with international teams from IT, Purchasing, Controlling, and Accounting departments.

Profile

Enrolled student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable field;

Basic understanding of SAP in business and financial processes, such as accounting, controlling, procurement, or finance;

Fluent English communication skills (German is considered an advantage);

Good analytical, process-oriented, and structured mindset, combined with an independent working style and problem-solving abilities;

Good communication and teamwork skills, with the willingness to work in a multicultural and global environment.
